CCRA's award-winning marketing department is in search of another rock star to add to their team. The marketing team at CCRA is responsible for all company branding, design, writing, PR and social media. From creating marketing campaigns in support of CCRA's supplier products and services to working on diverse campaigns for one of our many divisions, it's never a dull day.
We are currently seeking a marketing professional who is analytical, creative, organized, and curious. Ideally, you have experience planning and implementing engaging marketing using modern marketing technology. You enjoy setting up elegant workflows in marketing automation platforms, conducting quality assurance, measuring results, and making informed decisions based on what you learn. Partnering with teams across the organization, you will optimize for efficiency and consistency throughout the customer journey as well as implement the tools that best support our processes. This role will be directly responsible for building and optimizing our organic search presence, email marketing programs, and marketing technology stack with the objective of increasing revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Manage B2B marketing programs in HubSpot for email campaigns (including A/B testing), event promotion, event follow up, drip email nurture series, webinars, and landing pages for gated content.
- Maintain marketing database segmentation to ensure any communications delivered are relevant to the audience receiving them.
- Work closely with product marketing on mapping marketing database segmentation to personas.
- Analyze email, webinar, and campaign performance with an eye towards continuous improvement, and sharing insights across the team.
- Facilitate marketing program reporting and retrospectives following completion of each marketing program.
- Provide digital marketing reports across multiple platforms.
- Work with our marketing and sales teams to become an expert on the company's lead funnel - from web visitor to customer and everything in-between.
- Manage and build various email lists and campaigns
- Develop and manage CCRA's search presence and ensure we are being found for target keyword phrases.
- Own the data architecture and data synchronization across HubSpot and other technologies to ensure data is accurate and up to date
- Create behavioral and demographic segmentation programs to support automated nurture, ABM, and lead scoring initiatives
- Assist head of IT with marketing technology evaluation and testing and integrate new tools and processes into our existing martech stack to drive optimization and automation.
Education and Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or comparable education/experience.
Recent, hands-on experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Highly proficient with HubSpot.
Strong reporting and data analysis skills (Google Analytics expertise a must)
Ability to write compelling copy, calls to action, and persuasive pitches.
Understanding of analytics tools, funnel tracking, and performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
Ability to problem-solve/troubleshoot operational issues.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
Exceptional attention to detail
Must be able to provide examples of campaigns you have worked on.
Preferred:
Experience with the implementation of ABM campaigns
Experience with HTML
